The Whole Price Is On This Page.

One monthly price per vehicle, month to month. For a transit agency it includes your GTFS feeds, authored and kept current. The first 60 days are free for transit and shuttles, 14 for everyone else, and we take no card to start.

$199 per month minimum. Your rate is set by the bracket your vehicle count falls in on the first of the month; 13 or more vehicles pay $35 each, however many you run. Adding a vehicle never lowers the bill.

Your Feeds Are Included

For a transit agency, the monthly price covers the GTFS and GTFS-Realtime work: we author your schedule feed, validate it with MobilityData's canonical validator, host it, republish it every time your service changes, and submit it to Google, the Transit app and the Mobility Database. No build fee and no per-route charge. Approval in those apps is theirs and takes weeks.

Try It First, With an End Date

60 days for transit agencies and shuttles, 14 days for taxis, deliveries and field teams. No card. The trial ends on a date we give you at the start, and nothing is billed unless you decide to keep it.

Month to Month

No multi-year term, no termination fee, no renewal auto-escalator. Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid month. There is no equipment to send back, because none of it was ever ours.

We Do Not Sell Hardware

We do not sell, loan, ship or install any device. Your drivers' phones run our app, or you use the GPS you already have, or you buy units from the list we have tested. We advise, we do not supply.

We Take Purchase Orders and Invoices

Purchase-order billing. Invoiced monthly; annual prepay by invoice if you prefer. Cards are not accepted yet.

Sized to Stay Under the Micro-Purchase Threshold

Priced so most agencies can buy it without running a procurement. Check the current threshold against your own state and federal guidance before you rely on it. We won't quote you a number we can't stand behind.

What Isn't Billed Separately

Setup help, the driver app, share links, the website embed, the console for your staff, and the Google and Transit app submissions are all part of the monthly price. There are no hardware charges of any kind, because we own none of the equipment you use.

Already Have GPS, or Want to Use Phones?

Same price, whichever way your vehicles report. The rider map, the embed and the console run on phones your drivers already carry, a GTFS-Realtime feed you already publish, or approved GPS hardware you own. Three ways in:

Your drivers' phones, running our Miles Tracker app, which costs nothing to install. One QR code per phone, about two minutes each.
A GTFS-Realtime feed you already publish. We read the standard, whoever made it. No fee.
A telematics system such as Geotab, Samsara, Verizon Connect or Zonar. $1,500 one time for the first customer on a system we have not connected before, and nothing for the next customer on it. Today that is every one of them: the only connector built so far is the GTFS-Realtime reader above.

GPS equipment you own — what we guarantee

On GPS equipment you own, we can only guarantee the service on units we have tested and approved. Phones are always fine: they run our app. If your unit is not on the list, ask us — we add units as we test them.

Already have a tracker and only want the feed, with no live map from us? That is priced on its own: feed only.

Questions We Get Asked First

What happens if we cancel?: Service stops at the end of the paid month. There is nothing to send back: the phones and devices are yours and always were. Your GTFS files are yours too. We hand them over in a zip, and the feed URLs keep serving until you tell registries to drop them.
What happens when the trial ends?: You tell us whether to keep it. If you do, the first invoice covers the next month at the price on this page. If you don't, we switch the account off and send you your files. Nothing renews by itself, because we never took a card.
Can we pay annually on a purchase order?: Yes. Twelve times the monthly bill, invoiced once, no discount and no markup: the same price either way. Ask for it when you sign.
Who owns the data?: You do. Position history, stop and route data, and the feeds we author for you. We don't sell it, license it, or aggregate it into a product.
What if we sell or retire a vehicle?: Remove it in the console and move its phone or GPS unit to the replacement. Your bill follows your active vehicle count on the first of the month, subject to the minimum.
Do you install anything?: Usually there is nothing to install. Drivers' phones run our app from a QR code. An existing GTFS-Realtime feed is pointed at us. If you buy dedicated GPS units from our tested list, your mechanic fits them and we are on the call for the first one.
We already have GPS or AVL. Does that change the price?: No. The price is per vehicle, however the vehicle reports. On GPS hardware you own, the service is guaranteed on units we have tested — the list is above. If it is a vendor API we have not connected before, $1,500 once, and nothing for the next customer on that vendor.
We already have a GTFS feed. Does that change the price?: No. We validate what you have, fix what's broken, add the Realtime side, and take over maintenance as part of the monthly price. If you'd rather keep authoring it yourself, keep it. We'll consume it.

Not a bus company or a municipality?
